Frank Rodgers has been specializing in residential design and construction since 1984. He takes personal interest in each client's vision, turning their ideas and dreams into reality from schematic design to project completion.
Frank has earned his Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation. This prestigious certification is based on nationally defined criteria for experience and adherence to prescribed business standards pertaining to the remodeling industry. He also maintains a Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation. This nationally recognized certification educates the professional on the latest products and designs for the person with special needs and the aging in place market. Both designations, along with his State Certified Building Contractor license, require continuing education to keep in good standing with state and national requirements. Frank is a Certified Green Professional (CGP). This designation recognizes builders, remodelors and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction. Frank is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, has served on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Florida Builders Association and as chairman of The Remodelors Council.
